Andrea enjoys building relationships with the students, staff, citizens, and community leaders in Richland, Ashland, and Crawford counties. “My teachers and staff members are a team and together we guide the program through its challenges, growth and successes. Changing the lives of adult learners in our community is a remarkable experience that I am honored to be part of. It is wonderful to partner with other community-based organizations and their great leaders. Collaborating together and being part of the change that is needed for the adults that we serve is so valued!”

Outside of work Andrea enjoys spending time with family and friends. She and her husband have three beautiful teenagers (two boys and a girl), so they keep them busy running to their activities and the grocery store!
